the staff was amiable - we would definitely book again. everything was good at this affordable hotel. the location was quiet in the calm area. the room we booked was neat and outstanding with chips of paint as described.

Marvellous and satisfactory breakfast with salty options and quality coffee. Reasonably sized standard king room, exceptionally comfortable beds.

My stay at B&B Hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect for me as I didn't want to stay in the busy city center. The transport options were great, with easy access to trains, trams, and buses. I recommend buying a 2 or 3 day commute pass for convenience. The hotel itself is situated in a nice and quiet area, a huge plus compared to the noise of the city. I highly recommend taking a walk or run along the nearby canal. As for amenities, the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast spread was generous and of good quality, especially the freshly baked croissants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, accommodating my requests for a room suitable for my father who had a disability. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, transport options, and excellent service.

We have had a very bad experience the night we said at the hotel. It seems that a walk in couple was admitted in the room just in front of ours. They started to fight at 2:30 in the morning, shouting and banging at the door. The night guard made them stop for a while after we called him, but noises started again 30 minutes after again. We hardly slept that night and were very furious since the day after was a very important and special day that we could not enjoy.

The personnel at the desk (reception) is exceptionally helpful.

There is no means to say to the cleaning personnel "do not disturb". The same personnel could say hello when the guests are saying the same.

Hotel initially chosen for its location, at the beginning of Blvd de Creteil. - The suburb of St Maur offers lots of very Parisian little cafes and shops (market on Sunday), perfect location for who does not aim to be in the center. Clean, friendly and helpful staff and free parking! Definitely coming back!

I have booked this hotel just because of the distance to my meeting. But there wer absolutely no more advantages.

The hotel looked nice in the description but in fact it was in a bad condition and the rooms were dirty. When I arrived there was no chance getting food and the region around the hotel was like a ghetto. As I was on a business trip I would never recommend this hotel. For a rucksack trip it is ok but for that reason too expensive.

The breakfast was amazing, we liked a wide range of meals. the double room is outstanding and has central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. Its location is magnificent & perfect, very close to the river, nearby metro, and the airport and city centre.

Das Hotelpersonal war einfach toll. Sehr nett! Zimmer waren angenehm, sauber und sehr schöne Badezimmer. Frühstück war lecker. The Hotelstaff were wonderful and friendly. The 2 rooms were comfortable, clean, nice bathrooms and a pleasant view outside the window. Breakfast was tasty.

Nice hotel. The floors had loads of stains, was a little off putting. Decor was nice however. Friendly reception staff, ample parking. Shower was a bit of a disaster and the shower basin kept filling up, thought it was going to overflow.

The location was excellent, just a short distance from Eglise Saint-Christophe Church.

Much cheaper than staying in Paris. Very clean hotel with great staff. Most speak perfect english

I enjoyed my staying at Balladins Superieur. It was somewhat a family atmosphere. Thanks a lot to everybody.

The hotel provided a good breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient as it was near the metro station and allowed easy access to Paris. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information and assistance.

One major downside was the noise level in the hotel. Being located near a busy road, the traffic noise was quite loud even with the windows closed.
